Pownym offers 2-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders with 2+ items. Orders below this threshold will incur a $6.99 shipping fee.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, it will take 2-5 business days for shipping. However, orders may experience delays. You can contact us via support email for help.

How to apply for return & exchange?

Please log in to your account, find the order and product you are not satisfied with, then select return or replacement. Fill in the application form and provide the required information. Our service team will reply within 24-48 working hours.

When will I receive the refund?

After your refund request is approved, PayPal refunds are usually returned within 3 business days. Credit or debit card refunds may take around 10 business days depending on the bank.

What's my order number? How can I find it?

If you registered an account, you can check your order number through your order history. Our system also sends a confirmation email after an order is placed.

What does my order status mean?

Unpaid means payment has not been made. Processing means your order is being prepared. Delivering means the order has shipped. Completed means the parcel has been delivered.

How do I track my order?

Choose Support, then select Order Tracker. Fill in your order number and email address to view your order status.

How can I cancel my order?

You can apply to cancel your order before it goes to processing.

How can I change my order address?

If you placed the order with the wrong address, please cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address.

I am not able to use my coupon code.
